Return & Refund policy

Defective items

All RockDoveSA product(s) has a warranty of 6 months. All defective items need to be reported to info@rockdove.co.za before the 6-month period expires. If you received a defective product, please include a photo of the defect. Customers will need to reach out to RockDoveSA via email and submit their claim to either exchange their product(s) or request a full refund.

RockDoveSA will first arrange for the defective items to be collected and inspected on their own cost. If the items were found to be damaged or faulty due to not being used for its intended purpose, the refund or exchange will not be valid. No refund or exchange will be entertained if the product(s) has been altered or modified.

Non-Defective items

Non-defective items are typically product(s) that are not the correct size or a purchase that the customer is not entirely satisfied with.

There will be a 30day window after delivery took place for customers to either exchange or return their product(s). Customers will need to send an email to info@rockdove.co.za and inform us about the return or exchange. Once we approve of the return or exchange, we will provide you with the closest address for your return. Please mail out the product and send us the courier tracking number. Once we receive your tracking number, we will issue you the refund within 72 hours (or in the case of an exchange, send out your replacement product). Rockdove will only accept returns or exchanges of non-defective items if the product(s) is still in its original packaging, have the labels still on the product and the product(s) have not been used.
